Basic Techniques with Annie Sloan Decorative Chalk Paint® In this workshop you will learn three basic techniques that will help you paint any furniture from start to finish: - achieving a smooth finish - creating a distressed finish - using dark wax as a finish These techniques will enhance your furniture, old or new. If you are anything like me, you like to create things that look antique but not cost as much! INCLUDED IN CLASS: We will have all the brushes and tools for you to use to complete your project from start to finish. For paint, you can choose from 2-3 available colors. You will also receive a 4.0 oz. can of paint (a $16 retail value), as my token of appreciation (color of your choice). FURNITURE SPECIFICATION: No furniture required. You will receive a 20% discount* on all Annie Sloan products on the day of your workshop. Additional product for you to take home to finish your work is not included in the workshop price. *This offer is valid on the DAY OF YOUR WORKSHOP ONLY CLASS SIZE: 2-3 people. DURATION: The length of this workshop can vary depending on the techniques you choose, but it is safe to plan on 2-3 hours. We purchase materials and plan for each workshop based on the number of students registered. The space you are reserving with the purchase of a workshop may prevent another interested student from joining the workshop. You welcome to give your registered spot in a class to a friend, but please let us know by emailing us at olivepatinadenver@gmail.com no later than 24 hours prior to the class.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours before the the start of your workshop. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $100 fee.
